April 25th. APRIL CHEESE CLUB PICK UP PARTY

If you don’t know about Cyril’s cheese club (aka Community Supported Cheese)- it’s time to find out. One of the most fun and important aspects of the club is the party where we admire and learn about the cheese before we bust into it and begin smelling and tasting. This month’s cheese is a magnificent melter from Vermont called Reading Raclette.

May 4th. BEER & CHEESE & JANET FLETCHER

We are thrilled to be hosting accomplished food author Janet Fletcher to celebrate the release of her latest book Beer & Cheese. Three local brewers- Base Camp Brewery, Breakside Brewing, and The Commons Brewery- will be on hand pouring one of their beers, Janet is going to help us pair a cheese with each. Join us for tasting and a brief talk by Janet.

Books will be available for purchase and autographing!

Saturday May 4th. 7:30-9pm.Entry fee $10. Pay at the door.
